These sessions offer flexible follow-up, creating space to revisit symptoms, discuss treatment updates, and address new questions as your health needs evolve. Peri/menopause is a dynamic transition—symptoms shift, hormone therapy may need adjusting, and lifestyle changes take time to refine.
Designed for women who want continued support after Hormone Clarity or Focused Guidance consultations, so you can stay clear, adjust your approach with support, and move forward with confidence.
90 minutes of consultation time (to be used over 12 months)
You can schedule this as:
• three 30-minute consultations
• one 60-minute consultation and one 30-minute consultation
Sessions may include:
• reviewing symptom changes and patterns over time
• guidance on hormone therapy questions or adjustments
• reviewing and refining lifestyle strategies that support hormone health
• discussion of doctor recommendations or treatment decisions
• preparation for upcoming medical appointments
• supporting materials to help you apply what we discuss
